How Lesson Tokens Work

Every lesson type has its own token.

Lessons are defined by Types

• Group - Up to 5 Riders - anyone can book
• Group Semi Private - Up to 3 Rider - anyone can book
• Semi Private - Up to 3 Riders from the same account
• Private - 1 on 1

Time of the week

• Off Peak - Weekdays
• Peak - Saturday and Sunday

Finally Duration

• 30mins
• 45mins

For example:

• Group Off Peak 30 Minute 
• Group Semi Private Peak 45 Minute
• Semi Private Off Peak 30 Minute
• Private Lesson Peak 45 Minute

When you book online, you'll only see the tokens that match the lesson you're booking. This keeps everything simple and ensures you're always using the correct lesson credit.

Buying Tokens

Standard Clients

Purchase lesson tokens directly through our online booking system.

Simply go to My Account, Scroll to Tokens, Then Scroll To Available Token Packages

Your tokens will be added to your account instantly upon checkout.

Loan & Livery Clients

Loan and Livery clients receive exclusive discounted lesson prices.

Because these prices are different from our standard lessons, Loan & Livery Tokens are purchased directly through Elaine or Lorna rather than online.

Simply text us with:

• Lesson type
• Peak or Off-Peak
• 30 or 45 minutes
• Number of tokens or package required

Transfer payment to the usual loan account and we'll add the tokens to your account.

Need to Change a Booking?

If your plans change, don't worry.

Although clients can't change token types themselves, we're happy to help.

Provided your lesson is cancelled within our cancellation policy, we can transfer or amend your lesson tokens for you.
