Lessons can be booked via our online booking system hosted by EC Pro.  You can access this system in several ways:

Via our website www.inspiremeequestrian.co.uk and select the Riding School menu.  The link is there for registration onto the system.  It is also available via https://inspire-me.ecpro.co.uk

 

Via the EC Pro app which can be downloaded to your mobile device.

Lessons prices are show on our website.  Bookings for both group and private lessons are subject to the following booking conditions: -

Payments and Refunds

Payment must be made in full at time of booking for all lessons, activities and events. 

Refunds are not given.  Bookings for all lessons, activities and events close 24 hours before.

Once booked, if you are unable to make a lesson, activity or event and wish to reschedule, they may be transferred to an alternative date provided that 72 hours’ notice is given via the online system. Any cancelled lesson, activity or event that is eligible for a transfer will have the associated value credit added to your user account.  This credit is then available to rebook lessons, activities or events.  If you have used a token to purchase the lesson, activity or event then the token will be credited to your account if appropriate notice has been given.

If appropriate notice is not given, cancellation will occur without transfer, credit and no token or refund will be issued.

Tokens and Credits are valid for 6 months from issue.

If any rider ceases to ride at Inspire Me Equestrian, any lessons purchased but not booked in will be held for a period of 6 months after which time they will be deemed invalid. Lessons may be transferred to another rider within this time if the lesson holder or parent/guardian gives notice in writing.

Riders on their own horse receive a discount on group and private tuition.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase, use, and management of Tokens and Token Packages at Inspire Me Equestrian ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using Tokens, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Tokens and Token Packages

1. Token Packages

We offer the following promotional token bundles:

  • Buy 10 Tokens, Get 1 Free:
    Receive one additional lesson token at no charge when purchasing 10 lesson tokens.
  • Buy 5 Tokens, Get 6th Half Price:
    Receive a 6th lesson token at 50% value when purchasing 5 lesson tokens.

Promotions apply at the time of purchase only and cannot be applied retroactively.

2. Token Validity

  • All tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Tokens cannot be used to book lessons beyond the expiry date.
  • Expired tokens are non-refundable and non-redeemable.

3. Lesson Types

Tokens are lesson-specific and may only be used for the designated lesson type. One token is equal to one lesson. The available lesson types include:

Group Lessons

  • 30 Min Group Child Lesson
  • 45 Min Group Child Lesson
  • 45 Min Group Adult Lesson

Semi-Private Lessons

  • Weekday 30 Min Semi Private Lesson
  • Weekday 45 Min Semi Private Lesson
  • Saturday/Sunday 30 Min Semi Private Lesson
  • Saturday/Sunday 45 Min Semi Private Lesson

Private Lessons

  • Weekday 30 Min Private Lesson
  • Weekday 45 Min Private Lesson
  • Saturday/Sunday 30 Min Private Lesson
  • Saturday/Sunday 45 Min Private Lesson

4. Token Exchange Policy

If the wrong token type is purchased:

  • A token exchange can be requested by contacting us at info@inspiremeequestrian.co.uk or calling 07508219455.
  • The original tokens will be voided, and the appropriate value will be transferred to the correct lesson type token.
  • Exchanges are only permitted within the 12-month validity period and are subject to approval.

5. Usage Conditions

  • Tokens are non-transferable between clients.
  • Tokens may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative service.
  • Tokens must be used for lessons before their expiry date.

6. Special Terms for Livery/Loan Clients

Livery and Loan clients at Inspire Me Equestrian are eligible for discounted token packages as a benefit of their active status.

a) Eligibility

  • Discounted token rates are exclusively available to current livery or loan clients.
  • Clients must remain in active livery/loan status to retain access to discounted pricing.

b) Notice Period

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice to terminate their livery or loan agreement.

c) Token Adjustment Upon Leaving

  • Upon ending your livery/loan arrangement, any remaining discounted tokens will be subject to recalculation at the standard (full) lesson rate.
  • Remaining lesson value will be converted into standard-priced tokens, and the quantity adjusted accordingly.
    • Example: If you have 4 discounted tokens left, and the full price is 25% higher, the equivalent might become 3 standard tokens.
  • Any excess fractional value may be forfeited and will not be refunded in cash.

Automatic Adjustment of Discounted Tokens Upon Leaving

  • Discounted tokens are offered exclusively to active livery or loan clients.
  • When your livery or loan agreement ends (including after the 30-day notice period), any remaining discounted tokens will be automatically adjusted to reflect our standard (full-price) lesson rates.
  • The adjustment will involve a recalculation of remaining token value, and the quantity of tokens will be reduced proportionally to match the standard pricing.
  • This adjustment is automatic and does not require a request from the client.
  • The adjusted tokens will continue to follow the original 12-month expiry period from the date of original purchase.

Courses


These terms apply to all Inspire Me Equestrian courses, including but not limited to BHS Pony Stars, BHS Challenge Awards, Route to Loan, and the Equestrian Home Education Programme.

 

1. Payment & Booking

  • Course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a “Pay in 3” instalment plan is specifically offered for that course.
  • Course bookings are non-refundable.
  • Dates for each course are confirmed at the time of booking. We aim to schedule courses outside of school holidays where possible, but this cannot always be guaranteed.

 

2. Instalment Payments (“Pay in 3”)

  • A limited selection of courses may be offered with the option to pay in three instalments (“Pay in 3”). This option will only be available where specified at the time of booking.
  • All instalments must be paid in full before the course is completed.
  • Failure to make the next instalment on time may result in:
    • Suspension of attendance until payment is made;
    • Removal from the course without refund of previous payments; and/or
    • Withholding of any course completion certificates or awards.
  • Inspire Me Equestrian reserves the right to recover any unpaid amounts through appropriate channels.

 

3. Attendance & Client Cancellations

  • No credit or refund will be given for sessions that you do not attend.
  • If you choose to cancel your place on a course after booking, no refund or credit will be given for unused sessions.
  • In exceptional circumstances, and only at the discretion of Inspire Me Equestrian, a course place may be transferred to another participant or deferred to a future course.

 

4. Changes & Cancellations by Inspire Me Equestrian

  • We reserve the right to change course dates, times, instructors, or content if necessary. If course dates are changed and you are unable to attend the revised dates, a credit will be applied to your account for the missed sessions.
  • Courses may be cancelled if minimum participant numbers are not met, in the event of staff illness, or due to other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a course and no alternative dates are available, a full credit will be applied to your account.

 

5. Weather & Force Majeure

  • Sessions will run in most weather conditions. Where riding is not possible due to weather, sessions may be replaced with stable management or horse care activities.
  • If Inspire Me Equestrian deems conditions unsafe, we may cancel, adapt, or reschedule the session. Credits will only be issued if we cancel and no alternative date is offered.
  • Inspire Me Equestrian will not be liable for cancellations or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control.

 

6. Behaviour, Safety & Equipment

  • All participants must follow the instructions of Inspire Me Equestrian staff at all times.
  • Correct clothing and footwear, as specified in our rider requirements, must be worn.
  • Failure to follow safety rules, disruptive behaviour, or actions that put others at risk may result in removal from the course without refund.

 

7. Medical & Emergency Information

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that Inspire Me Equestrian has up-to-date medical information and emergency contact details for each participant.
  • Any medical conditions, allergies, or learning needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.

 

8. Liability

  • Participation in equestrian activities carries inherent risks. Inspire Me Equestrian takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of participants but accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur, except where caused by our proven negligence.

 

9. Credits

  • Where credits are applied to your account, these must be used within 12 months of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Party Bookings

Booking and Payment:

All party bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

The price is subject to adjustment based on the final number of confirmed children attending the party, provided that such adjustments are communicated and confirmed at least one week before the party date.

The maximum number of children allowed for a party is 10.

The minimum number of children is for a party is 8.

Date Change Policy:

Party bookings may be changed to a different date, subject to availability.

Date changes must be requested at least two weeks prior to the originally scheduled party date.

Any changes requested within two weeks of the party date may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:

We can offer a credit for a cancelled booking up to two weeks prior to the party date. We understand that circumstances change and emergencies happen so if you have an issue within this time please get in contact and we will do our best to move the party to the next convenient date.

Rider Information:

Prior to the party, we require detailed rider information for each child to ensure their safety and provide the appropriate horse. This can be emailed to info@inspiremeequestrian.co.uk and we can add this to your account at the latest one week prior to the party or you may add the rider details yourself by going to your EcPro account "Riders", "Manage Riders", "Add Rider".  These details will then be allocated to your party booking.

The rider information includes:

Full name of the rider

Age of the rider

Height of the rider

Weight of the rider

Party Booking Cancellation by Inspire Me Equestrian:

Inspire Me Equestrian reserves the right to cancel a booking if the required rider information is not provided within the specified timeframe.

If Inspire Me Equestrian cancels a booking due to missing rider information, no refund will be provided.

Safety Precautions:

Inspire Me Equestrian is committed to providing a safe environment for all riders.

All necessary precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of participants during the party.

Participants are required to follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff.

By making a party booking with Inspire Me Equestrian, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms before making a booking. Inspire Me Equestrian reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed, and any changes will be communicated to customers in a timely manner.

Private Clients

Regular 30- and 45-minute private clients can make a request for a templated slot. ‘Templated’ lessons must be booked via the online booking system at least 6 days in advance or the slot will become available to other clients and an alternative slot cannot be guaranteed.  If you are unable to make a ‘templated’ slot for any reason, please let the office know so they may make the slot available to others.

Lesson Changes and Timetable Alterations

Inspire Me Equestrian reserves the right to make changes to lessons or coaches if necessary, including cancellations at short notice. In every circumstance we will endeavour to notify clients of such changes.

Bad Weather Cancellations

At Inspire Me Equestrian, the safety of our riders, ponies, and instructors is our top priority. Unfortunately, the weather can sometimes prevent us from holding lessons in our outdoor school. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations due to adverse weather conditions.

1. Safety First

If the weather poses a risk to safety, we may need to cancel lessons. Decisions are made based on conditions such as extreme heavy rain, high winds, icy surfaces, or extreme heat.

2. Alternative Option: Stable Management Lessons

When lessons are canceled, we aim to provide value by offering stable management sessions instead. These are educational, non-riding lessons that teach valuable skills about pony care, including but not limited to grooming, feeding, and stable routines.

3. Credit Policy for Canceled Lessons

We understand that not all clients can or wish to attend the stable management alternative. Therefore:

  • Riders who attend the stable management lesson will have their session considered as fulfilled.
  • Riders who choose not to attend will receive a 50% lesson credit for the missed session.
  • In cases where no alternative session is offered, a 75% credit will be applied.
  • This will also apply to the lessons purchased using tokens as we can’t give portions of tokens.

 

4. How Credits Work

  • Credits can be applied to future lessons.
  • Credits must be used within 3 months of the canceled lesson.

 

5. Communication

  • Whenever possible, we will notify riders of cancellations on the between the day before and the morning of your lesson as weather can be very localised.
  • Updates will be shared via text and social media.

 

6. Understanding and Appreciation

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Managing cancellations helps ensure the well-being of everyone involved while maintaining the care and safety of our ponies.
