We’re not just a riding centre — we’re a forward-thinking equestrian community. We offer our own courses as well as recognised BHS training, giving staff and riders access to meaningful development pathways.
We believe in helping our team grow. Staff receive free lessons, access to ongoing training, and full support for professional development. If you're a self-starter with ambition, we’ll back you every step of the way.
Our young riders have the opportunity to compete using our ponies, and our varied horses and ponies provide the perfect balance of nurturing confidence and challenging riders to progress. Working here means playing an active role in shaping the next generation of equestrians.
We regularly hire enthusiastic yard staff and dedicated instructors who love horses, people, and creating meaningful experiences.
